Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

If a purchased IDE skill does not fit your engineering workflow, fails to resolve hallucinations for your tech stack, or does not meet your standards, you can request a full refund within 30 days from the transaction date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, either reply directly to your Gumroad receipt email or send a note to support@ideskill.com with your purchase email address or Gumroad Sale ID.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days and returned to your original payment method.

3. Automated Vault Revocation

When a refund or chargeback dispute is processed via Gumroad, our webhook automatically marks the purchase row as refunded, and access to the corresponding skill instructions and raw configs in your /dashboard vault will be revoked.
